Please note that the flat is on the fourth floor of a private block. Note that there is no lift in the building. The last staircase is slightly narrow, but shouldn't be a problem for most people. 24 hour porter is available to carry up luggage if required.

The flat itself is in a quiet street running parallel to Oxford Street. It has 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, all of them have the ability to have king size double beds or 2 single beds. There is also a small double sofa bed in the sitting room, which is better suited to 1 person but can fit 2 if you don’t mind a squeeze. Both main bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a writing desk, safe and a TV.

Please confirm how you would like all the beds set up prior to arrival. Note that there is a £20 charge to use the sofa bed payable on arrival if you are 6 people or less.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and one of the other bedrooms has an en-suite toilet. There is a further full bathroom.

The kitchen and large sitting room have all the items necessary to make your stay in London a comfortable one.
